Fabrication: 
- Please allow 1-2 weeks to fabricate. 
- A torch is applied to a small bit of gold, causing it to form into a perfectly symmetrical balls. 
- Once the torch is removed the gold "relaxes" and flattens on the bottom and becomes slightly imperfectly round.  
- Bottoms are sanded and posts are soldered on. 
- Sapphires are flush set in jewelry district, genuine ethically sourced. 
- Hefty and comfortable, great for everyday wear. 
- Not hollow, will not get dented upon dropping like the mass manufactured type.  
- Made to order in my NYC studio.
